Description

This relaxing day will both calm & revitalise your senses, providing an essential break from the pace of modern life. The day will combine a blend of yoga (suited to your ability) & guided meditation with expert nutrition & wellbeing advice. This retreat day is suitable for those who are completely new to yoga or those who have a lot of experience. Jessica will talk you through each posture and explain the benefit to the body and mind.

The day will also include a session learning about the art of aromatherapy and practical ways you can use it positively to benefit your wellbeing. Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from plants to enhance psychological and physical well-being.

10 - 10.30am Arrival, welcome & refreshments

10.30 - 11am Introductory talks by practitioners

11 - 12pm Yoga (Group 1) with Jessica Raphael / Aromatherapy (Group 2) with Sarah Bromham

12 - 12.30pm Healthy lunch

12.30 - 1.30pm Nutrition & Wellbeing talk by Nutritional Therapist Jo Saunders

1.30 - 2.30pm Yoga (Group 2) with Jessica Raphael / Aromatherapy (Group 1) with Sarah Bromham

2.30 - 3pm Group meditation session led by Jessica Raphael
