Yoga & Wellness Retreat on Eel Pie Island

Step away from the bustle and into calm on magical Eel Pie Island and join us at Richmond Yacht Club for a nourishing Yoga & Sound Bath led by Sona and Sama.

A soulful yoga flow and sound bath awaits you whilst giving back to Skylarks charity. Suitable for all levels, you’ll be enjoying a heart felt practice inspired by nature with poses, breathwork, restorative yoga and sound bath to make you feel grounded yet light on this small special island.

Timings:

12:30 – 2:00 pm – Yoga with Sona

2:00 – 2:30 pm – Zen Tea Time

2:30 – 3:30 pm – Calming Sound Bath with Sama

Please wear loose comfortable layered clothing, bring a light shawl for warmth and a pen and journal for reflection time.

Booking donations:

• £30 full retreat (yoga, zen tea and sound bath)

• £20 yoga only (free zen tea included)

• £20 sound bath only (free zen tea included)

All proceeds support Skylarks Charity, helping children with additional needs and their families.

Sama Trinder is a highly experienced yoga, meditation and holistic practioner of 20 years. She is also founder of Bhuti (a spiritual well-being brand). Her sound bath will include crystal bowls, gong and energy work to transport you to a new state of being.
