Frequently asked questions

What do I need?

Comfy clothes to move around in, a yoga mat (I have spares - just let me know!), blanket (same!), bottle of water. Open heart & open mind!

Where can I park?

There's a car park literally less than 100 meters away from the Unitarian Chapel - known as the old Aldi car park!

I'm not flexible can I do yoga?

Yoga isn't about being able to touch your toes...it's said that yoga is about the journey you go on to touch your toes! You don't have to be flexible to do yoga, your mobility & flexibility will improve as you practice yoga.

I struggle getting on & off the floor, is this class for me?

Absolutely - we'll give you a chair & different options to try.

I can't come to my usual class, can I swap to another class?

Yes of course! Just let me know!
