Aroma Yoga is not just a yoga class – it’s a guided inner journey. Each 2-hour session blends mindful yoga, discussion, breathwork, journaling, meditation, and essential oils to support your personal growth and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're navigating a transition, seeking more clarity, or simply craving a deeper connection with yourself, this practice is here to support you. We explore a new theme and new chakra each time, creating space for insight, release, and renewal.

Class Theme: Practising Self-Love
This session is about cultivating a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Self-love is not just about affirmations — it’s about learning to accept your imperfections, honour your needs, and treat yourself with the same care you give to others. Through movement, breath, and reflection, we’ll create space to soften self-criticism and open to a deeper sense of acceptance and love within.


🌿 Chakra Connection:
This theme is linked to the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the centre of compassion, forgiveness, and unconditional love. When this chakra is balanced, we experience greater harmony in our relationships and a stronger connection to ourselves. Our practice will gently open the heart, helping us release old wounds and connect with a nurturing, supportive inner presence.

Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, meditation guide, and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and deeper truth. She’s guided students through healing journeys in Mexico, Colombia, the UK, and Spain.

Her sessions merge together yoga, breathwork, energy tools, and aromatherapy to support emotional well-being, clarity, and embodiment.
