We explore a new theme and new chakra each time, creating space for insight, release, and renewal. ✨ Class Theme: Vulnerability & Emotional IntimacyIn this session, we’ll explore the courage it takes to share ourselves honestly and to let others in. Vulnerability often feels uncomfortable, but it’s also where true intimacy and trust are born. The more we learn to stay present with our own emotions, the easier it becomes to share them without fear of rejection or judgment. Through yoga, breath, and reflection, we’ll practice softening the layers of protection that keep us guarded, connecting more deeply with our emotional body, and opening to authentic connection with others and ourselves.
🌿 Chakra Connection:This theme is connected to the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), the energy centre of emotions, intimacy, and creativity. When balanced, the sacral chakra allows us to experience relationships with more openness, playfulness, and emotional depth. Our practice will help regulate the flow of emotional energy, releasing fear and control, and creating space for genuine intimacy and connection.

Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, meditation guide, and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and deeper truth. She’s guided students through healing journeys in Mexico, Colombia, the UK, and Spain.
Her sessions merge together yoga, breathwork, energy tools, and aromatherapy to support emotional well-being, clarity, and embodiment.
