✨ Class Theme: Speaking Your Needs & Desires
In this session, we’ll explore the courage it takes to voice our truth. Many of us struggle to express what we really feel or need — fearing rejection, conflict, or judgment. But clear, compassionate communication is the foundation of healthy relationships. Through yoga, breathwork, and journaling, we’ll practice connecting to our inner voice and expressing it with authenticity and confidence.
🌿 Chakra Connection:
This theme is connected to the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), the centre of communication, authenticity, and self-expression. When balanced, we feel free to speak our truth while also listening deeply to others. Our practice will support you in releasing blockages around expression and finding the balance between honesty and compassion.

Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, meditation guide, and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and deeper truth. She’s guided students through healing journeys in Mexico, Colombia, the UK, and Spain.
Her sessions merge together yoga, breathwork, energy tools, and aromatherapy to support emotional well-being, clarity, and embodiment.
