About this event

YOUR YOGA PRACTICE - Mind, Body and You

Join me, with these free yoga videos, for Hatha yoga, yin yoga and vinyasa flows to re-charge, de-stress and feel great about your mind and body. Do only what feels comfortable for your body and enjoy your practice.

You can choose any or all of the options below to get the link of the video sent to you. I will also be adding more guided meditations soon.

2022 Yoga Videos

1) Winter Yoga Practice - FREE

Yin and Yang Yoga for Flexibility, Strength, Balance. We will start with gentle yin yoga poses which are passively held for longer and help to improve flexibility through the body as well as slowly ease out any tension. The second part of our practice of yang yoga poses is more dynamic in nature, with traditional Indian Hatha or Ashtanga based poses that help to build strength and stamina. We will also find harmony through practicing balancing poses and end with a calming relaxation and guided meditation.

2) Spring Yoga Practice - FREE

This is a strengthening and energising flowing practice that has some balancing challenges; and there are variations and suggested modifications for the sequence, poses and mindfulness meditation. Remember to only do what feels comfortable for your body, and pause the video to take a rest or to practice a section. Enjoy your practice. Remember to breathe mindfully through the nose, move slowly and smile. Breathing mindfully means breathing through the nose; feeling the breath against the nose; and keeping the breath peaceful, even, gentle and calm.

3) Yoga for the Back - Mindfulness, Moving Meditation - £7

Enjoy this soothing, slow yoga flow which is a mindfulness, moving meditation practice for whenever the back needs your care and attention. Two lovely quotes that inspire this yoga practice are:

Mind, body and you; yoga energises your body and calms your mind. Join us for a variety of choices to practice yoga online, via a video or at a seasonal workshop. Yoga classes and workshops are friendly, fun and supportive. Ladies, gents, beginners and mixed abilities are welcome. We show variations of yoga poses so you can learn how to adapt a pose to make it feel good for your body and then unwind and relax, ending with savasana and guided meditation.
