GENTLE YOGA - Mind, Body and You

Join me for gentle hatha, yin yoga and vinyasa flows to re-charge, de-stress and feel great about your mind and body. When we are aware of our body’s sensations, we can release physical pain, tensions or stress through slow movements. The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness, mindfulness and meditation. You will be shown lots of variations of yoga poses so you can choose wisely to do only what feels good and comfortable for your body; and enjoy your practice.


DAY & TIME: Wednesdays at 7pm (one hour class)

Yoga with Atim

Yoga with Atim is a slow flowing yoga practice that is great for calming the mind, strengthening the body and improving your flexibility and balance. The class ends with a guided mindfulness meditation. The practice is inspired by the sun, moon, stars and you, the peaceful warrior. I hope yoga inspires you to cultivate inner strength within your body, mind and through every breath. In mindfulness, feel your inner strength fill your heart and your physical and emotional well-being. Use your peaceful warrior wisdom to make the right choices for your body, so that you only do the poses that feel comfortable, good and kind to you.

Please note these yoga classes and videos are not recommended during pregnancy or for children. Feel free to call or text me if you have any questions.

Covid-19 Safety Guidelines: Please keep aware of, and follow the latest Government guidelines; as well as pre-book your yoga classes online. When doing yoga or any exercise, the wearing of a face mask is not necessary, although it is optional if you prefer to do so. Please continue to take care of your wellbeing and be mindful of those around you.

For Occasional Online Classes - Zoom is Easy to Use: Once you have paid for your ticket, here on Eventbrite, you will get an email confirmation with further details on how you can join the Zoom class when it's time to do so (as well as get a link to the YouTube video and/or to download the meditation that you've bought). I can’t book online. Do I have to book online or can I turn up and pay at the hall? Ideally, yes please book online. There is an incentive to encourage you to book online as it helps us to comply with health and safety, as well as to automatically track class numbers and availability. Booking online is £7 per class including the booking fee; whilst paying cash on the day is £10 per class, but please do contact us beforehand to check if there is space available. If you are having problems with the Eventbrite online booking system please check that your system is up to date and that you are using the most up to date vision of Google Chrome. You can also try clearing your browser history and using a different browser. Here is a helpful article about troubleshooting problems booking online:

Tickets and Refunds: Please book your ticket online via Eventbrite; and you will be sent an email confirmation with details of your yoga class and/or how to access your online classes and videos. If you wish to cancel a yoga class, please do so at least 7 days before the date of the class; in which case you can receive a refund minus the Eventbrite fee e.g. approximately £5.80 refund for a £7 online class. Tickets are non-transferable, except if we need to cancel a yoga class, in which case you will be offered the choice of a full refund for that class, or the option to transfer your ticket to another date. If you are unable to make it to a yoga class, you can practice from the comfort of your home with any of the free yoga videos that are available for you to choose from.
