Respira Yoga is a welcoming space: a sanctuary away from your busy daily life. Classes are 'open-level'. Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Whether your aim is to get fit, to de-stress or simply to touch your toes, come and feel the benefits that arise from establishing a regular yoga practice.
Offering 6 group classes a week (in Harrow, Pinner, Hatch End and Eastcote) and private and corporate yoga, there really is something for everyone.
WHAT TO EXPECT
At Respira Yoga we draw on elements of Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Power Yoga to create a dynamic flowing style, harmonising breath and movement to give strength and grace, whilst rebalancing and energising the body and mind. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Otherwise email firstname.lastname@example.org before the class to ask for a mat to be provided for you.
Yoga is for everyone. Our intention is to share Yoga, to make it accessible, make it fun, make it profound and make it an integral part of people's lives bringing them release, relief and inner harmony.
Isabelle Sagra is the founder of Respira Yoga London. Her journey began twenty years ago when she discovered yoga’s amazing healing benefits after sustaining a scoliosis injury to her spine in a car crash.
After practicing many different types of yoga all over the world, Isabelle completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher Training under the guidance of the much respected Therapeutic Yoga Specialist Elena Voyce. She received instruction on pranayama, meditation, anatomy and philosophy from seasoned Yogis such as the internationally renowned Swami Saradananda and Krishnaa Devi - one of the only Sanskrit Scholars in the UK.
Through Respira Yoga London, Isabelle hopes to pass on a holistic approach to Yoga to her students, believing that the benefits of this ancient practice can be experienced by everybody, of any age or fitness level
