Combining elements of Yin and Hatha yoga and inspired by the Sivananda sequence, this gentle one-hour class will guide you through light breathwork, mindful movement, and a short guided relaxation to help bring focus, balance, and awareness back to yourself.
No experience needed – all levels welcome! Mats and props will be provided.

This workshop will be held at Better Space, in the lower ground floor presentation area which is fully accessible by lift and entry from the main door on Farringdon road. Please arrive no earlier than 16:30, unless you book a taster coworking day or day pass which can be done by emailing betterspace@city.ac.uk. There are washroom facilities and access to water, tea and coffee, as well as on-road bike racks.
