The workshop offers a combination of yoga, breath practice and self-exploration. We will focus on individual ways to increase everyday wellbeing and reduce stress. The workshop offers different ways to listen to your needs and reconnect with your inner strength. Find your preferred method to relax, take it home and practice in your everyday life.
What to expect:
Awareness: Pranayama, breath practice, mindfulness meditation.
Talk: What happens in your brain and body when you are stressed?
Self-exploration: What are important values in your life? How can you find ways to integrate them into your daily life, to make you happy and bring you freedom?
Yoga: Mindful Vinyasa flow yoga practice.
