As part of our 'Be Active' week for our 5 Weeks of Wellbeing series, we are hosting PGR-only yoga in the PGR Hub.

Join us for a gentle one-hour class to unwind and stretch through a gentle, guided yoga flow.

Mats provided. All levels welcome.
