About this event
This workshop is for Iyengar Yoga students with at least 1 year's experience.
Katie will teach for 2hrs and then offer a Q&A session during which people can eat light snacks.
Participants will be expected to bring their own mat, 4 foam pads, 2 yoga bricks, a belt and a blanket if possible. We will have some spares available.
