I've never practiced yoga before - is this suitable for me?

Absolutely! The yoga practices will be suitable for all levels - with variations for everyone. This is a safe space to come and try something new.

Do I need my own yoga mat?

Mats and props are provided but if you'd prefer to use your own, you can.

I have a food allergy - what about the sweet treats?

If you have any allergies or requirements, please just let me know beforehand and we can discuss your needs, no bother. Feel free to drop me a DM on Instagram over at @emily_healthandyoga if that's easier.

I've never done a women's circle before - what's it all about?

Essentially, it's a chance for women to come together in a safe space and share whatever they would like. We may have a theme as a starting point, but anything goes. You can even ask for some time in silence if that's what you need.
