Yoga, yin & meditation: a mini-retreat

This 3 hour mini-retreat includes gentle hatha flow yoga, yin yoga and some meditation techniques, to help us nourish the body, mind and breath into a deeper state of wholeness and relaxation, along with a break for some tea and a light snack. We will be fortunate to spend this time inside the beautiful setting of St Stephen's Church, allowing us to sink deeper into our practice - retreating whilst still in the very centre of London. The mats are provided.
