Event description

Description

The art and science of yogaflow, is the dynamic, meditative trinity of asana, pranayama and mudra. Prana-inspired and systematically introduced, yogaflow unites breath and mudra with flowing and sustained postures. It has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion.

Come and join us to deepen the flowing elements of your practice which you will be able to integrate into any style of yoga.

Rishi Dev
is an experienced teacher from California who teaches Kali Ray Yogaflow worldwide. Together with his partner Santoshi, he has taught over 5,000 hours of teacher training and 1300 hours of workshops, seminars, and classes in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States.

We are excited to be able to offer this unique opportunity of learning in a small workshop environment with such a recognised teacher.
