Learn an “all-round” sequence of practices to feel more empowered about your own health.

After the workshop you will receive a file to help you with your home practice.

Susanne Haegele is an experienced yoga teacher with a special qualification in perinatal yoga and Wellwoman Yoga from Birthlight.
