Although we’re evangelical about Nordic walking, we love the benefits of Yoga too. They’ve very different exercises, each designed to deliver powerful results, offering a unique edge to elevate your strength and well-being.
So we’re thrilled to introduce Yogic Walking—an innovative fusion of Nordic walking and standing yoga moves, designed to enhance flexibility, build strength, and energise your body!
Leading this transformative new class is Charlotte Hunt, a passionate and inspirational yoga teacher with over 20 years experience.
Charlotte will start with a warm up, then Nordic walk to a suitable yoga area. You’ll experience the revitalising benefits of standing yoga poses and focused breathing exercises designed to tone, strengthen and stretch your body. Then to finish you’ll Nordic walk back to the cafe for a final, relaxing cool down.
NB. If it’s raining the class will change slightly to incorporate more Nordic walking with a ‘Yogic twist’ as we don’t want you to get cold.
This fun class is suitable for most abilities, so if you’ve never done yoga before don’t worry, both beginners and experienced are welcome. Contact us if you have any questions.
