Not at all! This event is beginner-friendly. We’ll provide guidance on what to expect, how to steam safely, and how to listen to your body throughout the process.

What if i am on my bleed?

If you’re experiencing only minimal spotting or the very tail end of your cycle, you may choose to participate—but please do so with awareness and care. we encourage you to listen deeply, honor your intuition, and take full responsibility for your decision to steam during any part of your cycle.

Will there be privacy during the steaming?

Yes. While we are practicing in community, privacy and discretion are core to the experience. Each participant will have their own steaming setup. The layout will ensure comfort and a sense of personal space. Please bring something to wrap around for coverage.

What do I need to bring?

A towel + blanket+ steaming bowl (average 6 inch). You are welcome to bring your own herbs if you have been foraging. 
A journal and pen
Something to wrap around your waist. 
Wear Comfortable, loose clothing
