York BID are pleased to invite local business representatives to its next Annual General Meeting taking place on Thursday 14th July 2022 at the Malmaison Hotel York, starting at 6pm.
During the meeting, guest speaker Max Reeves, Director of Helmsley Group will be joining us to share his visions for future developments on Coney Street.
Andrew Lowson, Executive Director of York BID will offer insights into how the city centre has performed in the wake of the pandemic and report on projects delivered during the last financial year as well as the BID’s aspirations for the future.
Once the meeting has come to a close, attendees are invited to join us in the bar area for drinks and networking.
Attendees will be invited to vote on company business in advance (namely the appointment/re-election of board directors).
Details of how to cast your vote will be sent electronically no less than one week before the event. Please note, only registered members of the York BID Company are eligible to vote on formal business. To register, please complete the online REGISTRATION FORM.

The event is free to attend, however a maximum of 3 tickets are available per organisation.
Please note there is no car parking available at the hotel.
