Can dogs come into the show?

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in buildings unless they are an assistance dog.

Can you smoke or vape?

Smoking (including e-cigs) are prohibited within the hall.

Do you have carer discounts?

If a visitor has a full time carer or attendant we can offer a 50% discount on the carer’s ticket. Discounts will only be applied at the show and supporting documentation will need to be shown when you arrive.

Tickets are non-refundable/transferrable. We will scan the QR code emailed to you.

Can I attend if I didn't book a ticket?

Yes, tickets are still available on the day, however they are £2 more expensive than if you pre-book.

Is there parking close by?

Yes, there is free parking on-site.
