What is biodiversity?
Biodiversity is the living world around us - the plants, animals, insects, fungi and microorganisms that call our planet home. Every one of these live and work together in ecosystems, maintaining and supporting life on Earth in a delicate balance.
Humans are part of this intricate network, but it can be tricky to connect how our actions impact the very ecosystems we depend on.
