Can I transfer my ticket if I am unable to attend?

Yes, with a minimum of 48hrs notice required prior to the start of the event. Tickets may be transferred ONCE to the next event only. If less than 48hrs your ticket will be non-transferable, however you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend - please inform the organiser prior to the event.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Off street and on street parking is available

Is there disabled access to the venue?

Yes. Group soundbath sessions are held in the main hall on the ground floor, with access available via the main entrance at the front of the building.

I have a ticket. Can I still attend if I am late arriving?

No. Due to the nature of the event, late attendees will be unable to gain access to the venue and and tickets will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Please plan your journey so you arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Thank you.
