Limited disabled parking is available at the church hall. Please contact us in advance so that we can reserve a space for you. General parking is available at the Conservative Club or Morrisons, further down Front Street.

There is ramped access to the church hall. Once inside the hall, the building is step-free and wheelchair accessible, and has an accessible toilet in the entrance hall.

Drinks and light refreshments will be available from a pop-up cafe provided by United Response and CYC's Café West.

A quiet space is available in the Ellis Room (this will be clearly signed on the day) for anyone who would benefit from this provision.

Free Wifi is available for exhibitors. Unfortunately we are not able to provide power to exhibitors at this event.
