York Jobs, Apprenticeships and Skills Fair is a popular event for individuals looking for a new role, career change or training opportunity, giving you the chance to meet potential employees or trainees face to face.

The fair will run from 10:30am - 1:30pm in the York RI Sport Centre. The final half hour of the event is a designated 'quiet hour', for those who benefit from a quieter event.

This is one of a series events taking place across York in 2025/2026. This event is free for exhibitors.

Please note that this page is for exhibitors to register for a stand. Please make one booking per stand required, regardless of the number of staff who will be attending.

Parking

Disabled parking is available on site (please ensure you collect and complete a form to display in your car window from the York Learning team when you arrive). CYC's Nunnery Lane and Esplanade car parks are both within walking distance, or use the nearby NCP or York Station car parks.

Accessibility

York RI's Sports Centre has step free access to all areas, including the main entrance. Accessible toilets are available at the Queen Street end of the building.

Catering

Drinks and light refreshments will be available from a pop-up cafe provided by United Response and CYC's Café West.

Quiet Spaces

We hope to make a quiet space available for anyone who would benefit from this provision. Details of the location of this will be provided on the day.

Wifi and Power Connections

Free Wifi is available for exhibitors. There is limited availability of stalls with power, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
