Looking for a charity trekking challenge in 2019?

Join me, Dave Wilson (Ordnance Survey #GetOutside Champ & Y3P veteran), to take on 3 of the highest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales - Pen-y-ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough.

24 miles, 3 peaks, 1500+ metres of ascent...all in a target time of 12 hours!

This is a tough and equally amazing experience giving you memories to last a lifetime!

The cost of this event is £25 per person (excludes Eventbrite booking fee and minimum donation/fundraising of £50 to St James Place Foundation). The cost of this event has been subsidised by The Grove Private Wealth.

If you wish to cancel your booking you have 14 days from the date of booking to qualify for a full refund, otherwise there are strictly no refunds.

Once booked communications will be via here, Facebook events page and email. An info pack, email updates, and details about kit etc. will be sent after booking.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is public parking in the village, including public toilets. The walk starts & finishes in Horton in Ribblesdale.

What's included in the price?

Pre event support and information. Experienced guide for the day who'll tell you lots of fascinating tales about the places we visit.

What's the refund policy?

There is a 14 day period following your booking date where we will accept cancellations and refunds. After the 14 days there are strictly no refunds. In the event that you can no longer attend the walk we will make those on any waiting list aware and you can then sell/transfer your place to that person.

We will not refund and resell on your behalf.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on this event.

How easy is the walk?

This is a challenging walk. The distance is 24 miles and involves a number of steep climbs. This is not a beginners walk.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

The walk will go ahead if it's raining (no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes). In the event of severe weather the event may be cancelled and rescheduled for another date. No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation of the walk due to severe weather.
