About this event

This nature infused day of fun and new friendships will see you safely guided on beautiful circular walk up the epic Pen-y-Ghent, topped off with time to relax and unwind with a wild sauna, swim as well as fine food to celebrate your successful adventure!

Professional Mountain Leader, Will, born and raised on these Yorkshire lands, will guide us on a route less known, and more special for it. You'll get to soak in the stunning scenery and epic vistas as you walk in a small group of like-minded individuals. On completion of our hike, you'll have checked off one of Yorkshires 3 Peaks, and if the weathers good, scouted out the other two peaks for next time too ;)

You'll need the ability walk 4-5hr challenging walk with steep climbs over natural terrain to take part and enjoy this day.

With our first in immersion with nature complete we’ll head indoors to enjoy some of the finest food all around; from epic roasts to unique pizza’s there’s something for all. This informal feast will give us chance to feed our hearts as much as our tummies as we bask in the accomplishment of our mountaineering feat!

Once pleasantly satiated we'll travel over enchanting limestone pavements and enjoy the sight of an impressive whitewater waterfall. Keeping our eyes on soft alert for the herons, hawks, mink and deer who are often spotted enjoying the scenery too!

We will continue down the banks of the River Ribble to enjoy exclusive use of a nature-based sauna. We'll rest and replenish muscles through the wood-fired heat of the sauna, with the option to contrast bathe and cool down with a dip in the river.

As the day draws to a close we will ground and connect with some post sauna refreshments as we make the most of the late summer abundance.
