Step onto your self-healing path. A journey through the layers to reveal your own light and life force. Discover 11 ways to connect your body ∞ mind ∞ heart.
Joining the earth to retreat deeper into your core. Through movement of your own bodily home, rewiring your mind's potential with foundational bodyparts laying out a new structure each week. Opening the windows of air in your life and following your energy, bringing warmth & switching lights back on inside of you.
Each session will consist of a 5Rhythms Dancing Wave, Guided Body Parts, Mindfulness, Breathwork & Selfcare. Giving you permission to connect to the present of you!
You can attend all 11 sessions or the ones that call to you ⭐
1. Blue Print of Infinity, giving yourself the gift of a new Blue Print, discovering self-healing pathways and beliefs to get you through your (winter) blues.
2. Ignite Your Ego, through playful explorations, becoming aware of the ego characters your mind can shape you in. Giving you tools to transform when your mind takes over.
3. In-tensions, take the journey into your body with permission to slow down and feel. Giving potential to heal from tight and tense, to softening and freedom in your body. Setting intentions for the year from your body ∞ mind ∞ heart connection.
4. Breathe in Life, Lowering the bridge to your body, following the pathway of your breath. Learning about the muscles of respiration and how your body ∞ mind ∞ heart can help you expand your lung capacity. Welcoming oxygen in every cell of your body.
5. It Socks, you have put on as many layers as all of the socks you have ever owned. Underneath all of these layers, is your light ∞ love ∞ source. Take the journey through the layers and masks you put on. Being grateful for the protection they have each given you. Hoping to shake some off and revealing your true self.
6. Take Your Lampshade Off, arriving deep within yourself, imagining that every cell of your body is light and you can radiate from the inside out.
7. Visibility cloak, surround yourself with a radiance, stepping up in your own self-belief and worthiness. Express yourself and claim your space.
8. Gotta get myself connected, revealing the layers of structures you hold within your body. Feeling into the physical sensations of the skin that you’re in, your heart and lungs working together in your transport system of blood vessels, all your muscles connected within each movement and the supportive framework of your bones.
9. Compass-on, following your multi-dimensional pathways across the body. With compassion, connecting your left and right side of your brain, moving with levels and directions. Engaging your core and your midline, placing your compass in the centre of your body
10. Shake it off, Shaking helps to discharge ‘fight, flight and freeze’ impulses in the body, releasing tension, inhibitions, and stuck energy, paving the way for healing and self-discovery. Shake yourself a little free-er, leaving you more grounded and present in the body.
11. New frequency, tuning your attention into various frequencies of your body ∞ mind ∞ heart. Welcoming yourself to feel a love ∞ light ∞ source connection.

ACCESS TO YOU ARE INFINITE
You Are Infinite sessions will be held online via ZOOM. You will receive a link, which you can login 15 minutes before the start of the class. Please create space to move inside your home or find a place outdoor (depending where in the world you call in from).
SELF-CARE
It’s your responsibility to take care of your own dancing body and to know your limits. You only have one body, take good care of it. You take accountability for your own welfare during the class. If you have any questions during the class, you are welcome to speak or message in the ZOOM chat. I am also available between sessions via the email.
