Susannah Ellis is a Consultant Product Manager and Agile Coach. She's worked in everything from tiny startups with big ideas to household names like uSwitch, Ocado and Booking.com, helping development teams to build the right thing in the right way. Susannah is fascinated by the psychology of what makes customers click buttons and why some teams just work 'better' together.
