Kundalini Yoga Intensive Workshop.
This workshop is a 3 hour exploration journey.
We often have conscious or subconscious fears, which make us jumpy and irregular in our judgment and in our trust of the inner guidance.
More often than not feelings of Fear rule our life as a part of our subconscious programming. We will use the Sacred Science of Kundalini Yoga to shine the light on dark corners of our thoughts process to reveal hidden habitual patterning. By bringing awareness to this conscious process of unfolding we will make our first steps towards the change and liberation from the emotional baggage we’ve carried up until this point.
Kundalini Yoga is uniquely suited to help us remain calm in rough circumstances because of its positive effects on the glandular and nervous systems. It also has the power to release tension from the inner organs. Doing Kundalini Yoga creates an internal biochemistry of calm, inner balance, and depth of self. Who doesn't need more of that in these chaotic times?
Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers are also welcome.
This workshop is suitable to all levels of fitness including the very beginners.
Please bring a mat, blanket and bottle of water with you.
Online or advanced tickets are £25 per person or £30 on the door.
