Do you feel like you're an old soul, longing for something real, a connection that's face-to-face and heart-to-heart?

If so, I hear you, I see you, I get you! This circle was made with you in mind!

In this You Belong Circle, we’ll explore the most important relationship of all - the one you have with you. Join us for a warm, in-person evening of real connection, with yourself and others. This gathering is a 90-minute guided workshop, set up in the calming and intimate vibe of a circle, to help you slow down and reconnect with your inner self, so you can walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and truly seen.

Through guided practices and gentle reflection, you’ll uncover what belonging truly means to you and how it starts from within, with deepening your sense of self first.

This isn’t your average self-care night. It’s meaningful, calm, and quietly powerful.

What to Expect:

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before we begin at 8:00 PM.
  • A Loving-Kindness meditation to reconnect with yourself and others in the space.
  • Tools to explore your values, strengths, passions and purpose (and more!) to understand how they all shape your sense of connection and belonging.
  • A guided visualisation exercise to explore what true self-connection and inner belonging look and feel like for you.
  • Fill in your personal Wheel of Belonging, a powerful self-reflection tool to gain insights into how you can deepen your connection to you.
  • Share your reflections in pairs (if you wish).
  • Gentle guidance on goal setting and how to take intentional next steps to move toward deeper self-belonging after our circle.
  • Time to sip herbal tea and share our learnings for a soft close to reflect on what you're taking with you.

This circle is for you if:

  • You’ve recently moved or feel disconnected and lonely.
  • You’re craving authentic community, people you can call your tribe.
  • You want to explore and deepen your understanding of who you are and build self-confidence.
  • You're seeking a space where all of you is welcome.

In this circle, there’s space for all hearts, all identities, all humans. If you feel called to join, come exactly as you are.

What to Bring:

  • A notebook or journal, and a pen
  • Water to stay hydrated
  • A yoga mat (optional - for extra comfort if lying down)

I'll Provide:

  • Comfy cushions to sit on or rest your head on (if lying down)
  • Cosy blankets
  • Herbal tea
  • Coaching Resources
  • A small gift bag to take home as a thank you for connecting in our circle!

This is Part 1 of a two-part journey. In this session, we focus on self-connection as the foundation needed to build and nurture your relationships with others that align with who you are. (You’re welcome to attend just this session or both for the full experience.)

I know it can feel a little daunting coming to a new event, so here’s a bit about me to help you feel more at ease.

I’m a certified Life Coach and Massage Therapist who helps people reconnect with themselves and each other. I created You Belong Circles because so many of us are craving something real. A place to be ourselves. To be seen and feel like we truly belong. Whether this is your first circle or your fiftieth, if you’re craving more meaningful connection, community, and a space where you can just be you, you’re so welcome here!

Will I have to speak and share in this circle?

Only if you feel called to! Sharing is always optional. This is a space where silence is just as welcome as words (there will be moments to share in pairs, if speaking to the circle feels overwhelming).

Who is this circle for?

If you're tired of all things digital and craving real connection, if you want to learn how to deepen your self-connection and find true belonging, then this circle is for you. No matter who you are.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Think cosy! Especially to support the visualisation.

I'm new to circles and life coaching workshops, can I still come?

Absolutely! Everything is guided gently and designed to be accessible to your needs, whether it's your first time or a familiar practice. You don't need to prepare or know anything in advance - just come as you are.
