About this Event
Please join Niki for a relaxing yoga session. Yoga is a great way to relax during what can be sometimes a stressful day.
No previous experience of flexibility required!!!!
To take part you will need to wear something comfortable that does not restrict your movement (e.g leggings/jogging bottoms and - t-shirt). If possible please practice barefoot and avoid wearing socks. Keep water nearby to stay hydrated before and after your practice.
It is recommended that you use a yoga or exercise mat. Don’t worry if you don’t have this as long as you practice on a floor which is not slippery. If you use a towel as a yoga mat, please do so only on a carpeted surface.
If you are pregnant please let us know before the session.
Whilst Niki is a fully qualified, insured yoga instructor, please note participation is at your own risk so please be mindful of your own health and safety. Please be careful and make sure you have enough space around you.
