You step into a Story: Exploring BADth's new Digital Solo Role-Playing Game

You Step into a Story is a digital choose-your-own-adventure style game, designed specifically for use with young people, that can be used both in online drama therapy and in-person sessions. This workshop will introduce the resource in two ways: firstly, by looking at the theoretical underpinnings of the game, and then with practical explorations of how the resource can be incorporated into drama therapy sessions. The game can be used as an assessment tool, or as a scaffold for creative work, and specifically references embodiment and nervous system regulation, meaning it can also be used as a psycho-educational tool. Come and find out how to incorporate the game into your therapy practice!
