Alice will be hosting this meeting, with support from Josh and Dylan. The TOPIC for the meeting is SENSORY TOYS.

Questions to think about: Do you use any sensory toys to help you cope with feeling overloaded or to reduce anxiety? For example, fidget spinners, squeezy balls, chew toys, calming lights. What would you recommend to others to try? Do you know of good shops and online stores for buying sensory toys? Please show us your favourite sensory toys and give a demonstration!

It's fine to go off the discussion topic - the set topic just gives the meetings a bit of direction and allows people to prepare what they want to say. As always feel free to drop in and out of the meeting whenever you want.

You do need to download Zoom, but you don't need to create an account to participate in these meetings. It will be a video call, but you can turn off your video and just use audio only if you're more comfortable with that.
