Shine is designed by you and for you! We aim to run groups that you want to attend and support that is helpful.

The start of the year is a great time for reflecting and planning ahead. Shine is designed for you and we want and value your input to decide on plans, ideas, activities and events for 2022.

We will meet online using Zoom as this is easiest and safest way for more of us to meet together.

The discussion will involve an opportunity to connect with others, reflect on 2021 and share ideas about what we can do as a group over the next year. This will be an exciting discussion to hear about what support is available to you and contribute ideas for plans and events in the coming months.

There will be no pressure to talk if you feel uncomfortable, you are welcome to come and listen – but the more contribution the better!

Before the meeting starts, you will be sent an email with the Zoom link to join the discussion.

Hosted by Shine (Young Adult Carers) – Luke. The Young Adult Carers team support those aged 18-25 with caring responsibilities.
