We do not have an age range just a willingness to take part as fully as you are able.

What is a family carer/supporter?

This is someone you have that is not paid but supports you either physically, emotionally or both.

What if I can only attend for part of the day?

We are more than happy for people to attend which sessions that they would like to.

About this event

This event is for those that want to live well with Parkinson's. There are additional workshops for family supporters/carers.

Our program for the day is:-

Networking.

Falls and Balance workshop

Bring and share lunch

Carer/supporter workshop

Tai-chi

Diet and Nutrition workshop

This is a free event but we ask people to bring an item for a bring and share lunch. Refreshments are provided. There is ample parking and no access issues.
