About this event
Come along to this month’s Young Craft Citizens monthly meet-up and get the opportunity to participate in a craft workshop led by the amazing artist Shaheen Ahmed, featured in WeGather exhibiton, who will also share her experience of navigating the art world as a maker and artist. And, as always, there will be free pizza for everyone!
About the Workshop
In this event, the artist will begin by introducing her journey into craft and her aims and ambitions for making work. This will be followed by a meditative, blindfolded mark-making workshop led by the artist with the Young Craft Citizens as well as an advice session and threaded conversation around navigating the sector as a craft artist.
