You are warmly invited to join us for a relaxing and fun afternoon in lovely Young Living headquarters in Chiswick. We will immerse ourselves in beautiful scents of pure, organic essential oils, learn how to support your physical and emotional wellbeing by embracing power of natural products, explore emotional oils sets by Young Living and experience Meditation on the Natural Breath session.

1pm-2pm ESSENTIAL OILS INTRODUCTION CLASS

I will talk you through ways of getting rid of chemicals from your home, natural ways of strengthening your immune system, copying with stress, taking care of your skin and daily application of essential oils.

2pm-2.30pm STIMULATING EMOTIONAL WELLBEING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS, Young Living Feelings Oil Kit

How the sense of smell connects us with our memories , emotions and can support our wellness. Young Living Feelings set will be introduced and explored.

2.45pm-3.45pm MEDITATION ON THE NATURAL BREATH, by Heena Patel, Yoga and Meditation Teacher

The natural (uncontrolled) breath is connected to the body, the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. Therefore it develops not only calm concentration (Sanskrit: samadhi) but also awareness (Sanskrit: sati). It has two purposes: to strengthen the conscious mind and therefore develop calmness, will power and mental balance. It also begins the process of releasing knots of stored reactions in the unconscious mind. These knots create negative habit patterns in the mind that prevent us from feeling peaceful and happy and drive us towards behaviour that causes suffering for ourselves and others.

Usually our mind is running into the past or the future. To keep the breath in the present gives the mind enormous rest and relief, de-stresses it and therefore makes it more efficient. We can enjoy each moment to the full when we are fully present.
