Our panel explores how young people are shaping—and being shaped by—the workplaces they aspire to. As expectations around flexibility, purpose, inclusivity, and wellbeing evolve, employers and educators must adapt to meet the needs of a new generation.

We’ll examine what Generation A values in a job, how they define success, and the support they need to thrive. From digital fluency and sustainability to mental health and meaningful work, this session brings together youth voices, employers, and educators to co-create environments that are productive, human-centered, and future-ready.

We invite professionals in recruitment, talent development, and workplace strategy to listen, learn, and reimagine work. Drawing on student survey results about career and work-life aspirations, we’ll ask how to design the workplaces of tomorrow.
