Event description

Description

Are you interested in exploring ways that your organisation can support young people’s wellbeing?

On this training day, you will gain an insight into the factors affecting young people’s wellbeing and how museums and cultural institutions can help.

We will hear from mental health practitioners, young people who have taken part in wellbeing programmes and inspiring case studies from Dulwich Picture Gallery, Historic Royal Palaces and The Hepworth Wakefield.

This training will help you to:

  • gain an insight into the current context around young people’s mental health
  • start work in this area and pilot new schemes
  • embed wellbeing provision across your organisation
  • work in partnership with local organisations
  • support staff wellbeing
  • overcome key challenges.
