YOUNG RANGERS - Exerscythe! @ Pulverbatch motte & bailey castle

Today's activity will be at the impressive remains of the medieval motte and bailey castle in Pulverbatch. It's a protected monument with fine views over the Shropshire Hills and a wealth of resident wildlife, including slow-worms!

After an explore around the archaeological remains, we'll join forces with The Friends of Castle Pulverbatch to carry our annual management of the meadows and grasslands.

Please ensure you come with a packed lunch and plenty to drink. There are no toilets on site.
