Young shots are invited to join BASC North for a multi activity day focusing on air rifles, rimfire rifles and game preparation (rabbit field to fork).
All those attending will be shown how to safely handle a Airgun and Rifle. The game preparation session will focus on skinning and butchering a rabbit to make Kentucky fried rabbit.
Each of the 4 sessions will last approx. 1 hour.
There will be a jacket potato & drink available at lunchtime as part of the day. Other refreshments and bacon butties are available at the club to purchase. Please bring suitable clothing for the day.
Anyone who has their own Air rifle is welcome to bring it along on the day.
Parents wishing to shoot with their child can also book a place on the day.
Age restrictions for Young Shots: min. 10 yrs old - max. 18 yrs old (if your child is under 10, please contact us)
Cost for the day is £35 per person for BASC members and £40 per person for non members, cost includes a jacket potato & drink at lunchtime.
Please note:
Ticket fees will only be refunded up to 7 days before the event.
If you wish to cancel your ticket the booking fee, which is absorbed by BASC on booking, (approx. £4.04) will not be refunded.
If BASC cancel the event you will receive a full refund.
