Young Voices Matter: Mental Health Awareness Day
Event Information
Description
The Millside Centre is hosting a mental health awareness day for young people aged 14+ with the purpose of providing them a platform to openly discuss their mental health, share their experiences and find out about the diverse community based mental health services they can access.
We will have guest speakers representing different organisations attending who will be sharing their expertise and there will be a number of workshops to engage, stimulate and address young people's mental health but also empower them to express themselves around various themes and topics.
