    About This Event

Learn how your uterus works and what you can do to support and nurture this sacred area of your body.

We will be working the whole of the abdomen from your diaphragm and into the pelvis and you will understand why traditional healing techniques encourage you 'to take a deep breath’.

You’ll learn how digestion can affect the health of your uterus, how to work with your menstrual cycle, and how your uterus is connected above and below.

Specifically created to support you in your personal health journey, this workshop is an excellent starting point for shining a light on this often misunderstood part of the body.

Many people have menstrual and pelvic challenges such as endometriosis, fibroids and painful periods. Join me as I help you navigate the often confusing information around your moon-time and share a simple and effective self-care massage technique that we at the Abdominal Therapy Collective call YAM (Your Abdominal Massage). As with all muscles, the uterus appreciates massage too.

Please only sign up for this offering only if you can attend in person.

To be able to facilitate a safe space for everyone to share their story there will be no recording available after the event.

    Testimonial:

I went into this class not really knowing what I would receive from it, simply hoping to have a better understanding of my body and practical ways of healing and improving my uterine and digestive health. I came out with a feeling of trust in my body, and in my hands, and a far improved image of my internal movements. This knowledge has inspired me to learn more but also to trust what I do know and feel about my body, and it’s beautiful functions! Elena ~ Basics Series ~ Your Abdominal and Uterine Health Zoom 23
