There is one thing that can shape your relationships more than anything else - —your attachment style. If you aren’t aware of yours, it could be holding you back.

Your attachment style doesn’t just affect how you connect with others - —it influences how you treat yourself, too. Most people don’t even realise they’re doing it, or if they do, they don’t understand why.

In this engaging and insightful workshop, you’ll learn what attachment styles are, how they play out in everyday life, and most importantly, what you can do to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Sometimes, just knowing about it can make all the difference

👥 Who’s it for? Open to all genders and ages, whether you’re single or in a relationship. Come on your own or bring your partner, friends, or family!

🍪 Refreshments: Tea, coffee, and biscuits provided (please share dietary requirements). A café on-site also offers light snacks, hot, and cold drinks.
