It is for anyone the over-50s from African and Caribbean communities, so if that's you, come along. It'll be fun

What will be happening?

A professional artist will be there to help, but it's really not about how good you are, it's about how good a little bit of art of any kind can be good for the brain, especially when we get older.

If I have dementia or need assistance, can my caregiver come along?

Of course. You are really welcome and we'll be pleased to see you caregiver, partner or friend too.
