Are your organisation’s culture and values helping you to flourish? This interactive session will support you to reflect on and strengthen your understanding of organisational values and what defines your culture. Together, we will explore how culture shapes your activities, relationships, and decision-making, and how it can be used as a powerful tool to benefit participants, staff, and volunteers alike.
By the end of the workshop, you will:
- Gain clarity on your organisation’s values and how they influence its culture.
- Discover practical ways to embed values into everyday practice.
- Discover how culture can foster a thriving and inclusive environment.
