Join us to hear Howard and Rachel from Motion Learning share their experience of designing and delivering really effective programmes for first line managers over the last 12 years.
They will discuss all the different elements that now go into a programme, including group sessions, mentoring, coaching, communities of practice, 360° feedback and strengths work.
Howard and Rachel will share their knowledge and include a some case studies to really bring this topic to life.
