Measurable Marketing

How do you track the impact of your marketing activity? Rachel Proctor shares tips and advice to enable your business to grow and maximise return on investment by implementing measurements to your marketing activity.

Straightforward Sustainability

Business needs and caring for the environment are often considered incompatible, despite growing awareness of climate challenges, potential resource scarcity and related costs. Michelle Marks reveals how straightforward sustainability planning delivers business growth and enhances well-being, while protecting our precious planet.

Resilient Relationships

What can you get done in life without involving other people? Almost nothing! Its great when it goes well, but difficult relationships cause stress all round and get in the way of results. Jane Bytheway will share actionable tips on how to build resilient relationships, and what to do when they go wrong.

Who should attend?

  • Measure marketing activity
  • Introduce sustainability into a business
  • Discover how to create successful working relationships

  • Supporting important local causes

All tickets proceeds will be split between:

Matthew’s Miracle

It was a complete shock when Jane’s 9-year old son, Matthew, died in June 2007 as a result of a late-diagnosed appendicitis. Matthew’s Miracle is a medical research project working towards the development of a diagnostic tool for appendicitis in children.

Acute appendicitis is the most common cause of emergency surgery in children. If diagnosis is delayed beyond 48 hours the perforation rate increases from 21% to 71% of cases, and this in turn increases the rate of complications.

Visit for the full story and details of the research progress so far.

William Merritt Centre

Based in Rodley, the William Merritt centre offers free* impartial advice and assessments by Occupational Therapists for disabled adults and children with daily living equipment e.g. wheelchairs and for driving e.g. vehicle adaptations to enable greater independence.

Their “try before you buy” ethos enables people to identify just what they need to enhance their own independence.
