Your Governance… 4 key principles of Housekeeping that investors / funders expect to see.

About this Event

Governance is at the heart of any successful business. It is essential for a company or organisation to achieve its objectives and drive improvement, as well as maintaining legal and ethical standing in the eyes of shareholders, regulators and the wider community. It is essential that your business has the appropriate structure and processes, along with agreements in place when approaching future investors and funders.

In our webinar you will learn about the general rules that apply to your business, understand how to fulfil your duties, and avoid the common pitfalls in the investment space. We hope to introduce you to and familiarise you with important documents and explain areas to consider as you approach and prepare for investment. These include:

• Company Structure and Shareholders Agreements

• The importance of contracts and management of contracts

• People and employment matters

• Performance Management
