Sarah Harrison, Senior Associate: Sarah joined Clarion in 2012, carrying out her legal training with the firm. Sarah works on the full range of corporate work, not just on the transactional side but also advising companies and their directors on corporate governance issues. Sarah currently works predominantly on company/business acquisitions and sales; management buy outs and shareholder agreements.

Charlie Smith, Senior Associate: Charlie deals with a wide range of commercial contracts including all matters relating to supply chain, including logistics operations, distribution arrangements and terms of purchase and sale. Charlie also has considerable experience in outsourcing and has worked on several complex outsourcing projects ranging from HR services, payroll, IT contracts and call centre facilities. Charlie has in-house experience for multiple clients and can also provide training sessions for clients and their business. Charlie has advised clients operating in several sectors including branding and design, retail, technology and manufacturing.

Natalie Saunders, Director: Natalie has significant “hands-on” operational HR experience as well as having worked with executive teams and Boards to implement strategies to support the people agenda and designing and delivering transformational change projects. She is particularly interested in organisational design and development (including preparing organisations for the future through workforce planning and capability gap analysis), the links between engagement and high performing teams and individuals, equality, diversity and inclusion and reward and recognition.
